F.A.Q.
For anyone who wants to discover or deepen their creativity – no prior experience required.
You don’t need to know or be able to do anything in advance. The workshop is about being present and expressing what’s there now. Not something you learned long ago – but something completely fresh and spontaneous.
Just bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle.
The workshop combines practical exercises, meditation, dance, rhythm, painting, and creative sessions – with breaks for rest and a delicious vegetarian lunch.
The highlight: In the evening, we’ll all go together to a Mantra Concert by Kiran, Kali, and Om, part of the Open Sky Band.
Rhythm
Through playful and joyful exploration, we use body percussion and drumming to strengthen your inner balance and awaken creative energy.

The Creatives
Kiran, Kali, and Om have been making music together for five years, sharing their energy through mantra circles, concerts, Sufi heart dance, and improvisational music. Each of them has walked their own musical and artistic path for many years, and they love inspiring others with the vitality and diversity of sound and art.
Schedule
Arrival: from 9:00 AM
Start: 10:00 AM
End: 5:00 PM
Afterwards: Mantra concert with the Open Sky Band at Shunia Center, Cologne
We’ll leave together from Hitdorf at 6:00 PM – carpooling available.

€110 incl. vegetarian lunch
€75 reduced price for students under 27
Saturday night arrival possible
