Why and for What Reason?

Meditation is a path towards Enlightenment, Inner Peace, Harmony, and Love. Through Regular Practice of Meditation, we can Experience Inner Peace, Mental Clarity, and Spiritual Connection. It is a way that invites us to Explore the Depths of our Beings and to live our Highest Truth.

A Life Change

Meditation is not just a practice that can be incorporated into daily life, but it embodies a life-changing experience that promotes our inner growth and spiritual development.

First of all, meditation allows us to leave behind the noise and turmoil of outer life and dive into the silence of our own being. The retreat will be held at the lovely Open Sky House, which is situated right on the banks of the Rhine river in Hitdorf. Hitdorf is located between the cities of Cologne and Düsseldorf.
