This meditation weekend is about inner freedom. Often, we don’t even notice how strongly we are influenced by societal expectations and old imprints. These invisible patterns determine our thoughts, feelings, and actions more than we realize.

What can I expect at a meditation weekend?

You will experience guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, periods of silence, and group reflection sessions. Our weekend meditation seminar is intentionally designed for “deceleration” and slowing down, creating a space for true access to inner peace.

Do I need prior experience?

No, you do not need any previous experience to participate in our meditation course. The weekend is open to beginners as well as those with a regular meditation practice. Our goal is for you to be able to learn meditation at your own pace, with joy and depth.

How does a retreat differ from a meditation course?

A meditation course usually takes place over several weeks. In contrast, a weekend meditation seminar or retreat allows for intensive practice within a short period—ideal for diving deeper and gaining lasting experiences.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing, curiosity, and a willingness to engage with yourself. We provide meditation cushions and mats. For this meditation weekend, all you really need is yourself—and the desire to meet your true self.
